This petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered in Cr.No.19 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that investigation has been completed and charge sheet was also filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Gingee and the same has not yet been taken on file. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
