Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pass orders for reckoning the period of service rendered by the Petitioner in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher from 09.03.1998 as pensionable service under Tamil Nadu Pension Rules for grant of General Provident Fund and other pensionary benefits as on date of retirement of Petitioner, as per G.O.Ms.No.413 Finance (PGC) Department dated 04.11.2010, by considering the representation submitted by the Petitioner's husband dated 11.08.2014, with all consequential and other attendant service benefits.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to pass orders for reckoning the period of service rendered by the Petitioner in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher from 09.03.1998 as pensionable service under Tamil Nadu Pension Rules for grant of General Provident Fund and other pensionary benefits as on date of retirement of petitioner, as per G.O.Ms.No.413 Finance (PGC) Department dated 04.11.2010, by considering the representation
submitted by the petitioner's husband dated 11.08.2014, with all consequential and other attendant service benefits.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. It is seen that so far the petitioner has not submit any representation before the fifth respondent. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to submit a representation before the fifth respondent and on the receipt of the same, the fifth respondent is directed to consider the representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
