(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN,J.) The respondent is present today along with the Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) in the name of the minor child by name J.Adrian Micheal. The Demand Draft was handed over to the appellant, who is also present in Court on acknowledgement.

2. We are informed by the appellant that it would be difficult for her to open an account before the Indian Bank, High Court Branch, as she has to take entry pass each time. The appellant seeks an order permitting her to deposit the money before any other Branch of Indian Bank, at Chennai.

3. We permit the appellant to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) in the name of the minor son J.Adrian Micheal, represented by the appellant before any of the Branches of Indian Bank or any other Nationalised Bank. The deposit should be for a period till the minor attains majority. The appellant should be shown as the 1/3

guardian of the minor.

4. The appellant is directed to produce a copy of the Fixed Deposit receipt before this Court on 17.10.2019. Post on 17.10.2019.
