Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pass orders for reckoning the period of service rendered by the Petitioner in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher from 02.01.1998 as pensionable service under Tamil Nadu Pension Rules for grant of General Provident Fund and other pensionary benefits as on date of retirement of Petitioner, as per G.O.Ms.No.413 Finance (PGC) Department dated 04.11.2010, by considering the representation submitted by the Petitioner dated 06.05.2019, with all consequential and other attendant service benefits.
