COMMON ORDER When the matter was taken up, both the counsels appeared and submitted that, as on date, the daughter is under the care and custody of the father, and the 2 1⁄2 years old minor child is under the care and custody of the mother. As per the order of the trial Court, the visitation rights were granted to both the parents to visit the child in their respective custody. 2.In view of the above circumstances, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the other passed by the Trial Court, and there are no valid reasons to intervene. However, insofar as the visitation rights granted to the father are concerned, time is extended, and he is entitled to keep the child for five hours on every 1st and 3rd Saturday, in addition to the other directions issued in I.A.No.3 of 2025. With the above modification, the entire order passed by the Trial Court is confirmed.

3.The Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed with the above modification. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 28-04-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order MPA
