This petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to register F.I.R in the complaint dated 08.07.2019 in CSR No.454 of 2019, preferred by the petitioner and to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

2. It is seen that the petitioner's complaint has been acted upon and the respondent herein had closed the complaint in C.S.R No.454 of 2019 on 15.08.2019. Hence, the appropriate remedy for the petitioner is to move the concerned Magistrate under Section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C. In these circumstances, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a complaint before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. As such, no effective orders can be passed in the present case.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
