ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.06.2023. 2.The contention of the petitioners is that the petitioners' father was working as Conductor in the 4th respondent Corporation and retired from service on 30.04.2015 and thereafter, he died on 16.05.2018 leaving behind the petitioners as his legal heirs. After the retirement, the petitioners' father was not paid with the terminal benefits such as provident fund and pension arrears. In this regard, the petitioners have given representation, dated 07.06.2023 to the respondents 2 and 4 along with the death certificate of his father and other relevant documents to release the terminal benefits, however, no order has been passed till date. Hence, seeks direction of this Court.

3.It is relevant to note that the father of the petitioners retired from service in the year 2015, till now no retirement benefits have been paid to the petitioners. In such view of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioners, dated 07.06.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within one month, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
