O R D E R

The petitioners have come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kodumudi, Erode District to conclude the trial in C.C.No.83 of 2012 within stipulated period.

2. Status report has been filed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kodumudi, which shows that already P.W.1 and P.W.2 were examined on 28.02.2014 and the case was posed on 05.04.2016 for production of L.W.3 to L.W.5. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4.Considering the rival submission made by both sides, I am of the view that it is a fit case for giving direction. Accordingly, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kodumudi, Erode District, is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.83 of 2012, within a period of three months on day-to-day basis, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
