(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ petition was filed praying Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board to take action against the polluting Units - respondent Nos.4 & 5.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board/first two respondents states that notices were issued on 17.06.2002 and the Units were closed on 24.10.2002.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the prayer of the petitioner has been answered. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as satisfied. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.32061 of 2001 is closed.
