ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of H.M.O.P.No.4297 of 2022 pending on the file of the II Additional Family Court at Chennai.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 02.09.2024, I directed the Registry to call for a report from the learned II Additional Principal 1/3

Judge, Family Court, Chennai as to how long he will take for disposal of the Original Petition. The learned Judge sent a report stating that he would require three months to dispose of the Original Petition.

3. Taking into consideration the request made by the learned II Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai, there shall be a direction to him to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.4297 of 2022 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
