ORDER

These writ petitions have been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents 1, 2, 3 & 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2020.

2. Heard Mr.S.Mani, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.V.Ravi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing 2/5

for the respondents 2, 3 & 5 and Mr.Karthik Rajan, learned standing counsel appearing for the fourth respondent.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2, 3 & 5 have placed before this Court an order dated 03.03.2022 passed on the petitioner's representation which is the subject matter of this writ petition.

4. The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that his representation was not considered. Since the representation has now been considered and has been rejected by order dated 03.03.2022, the petitioner will have to challenge the order dated 03.03.2022 in the manner known to him under law.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty for the petitioner to challenge the order dated 03.03.2022 in the manner known to the petitioner under law.
