Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecution appearing on behalf of the respondent.

The petition is ordered and the delay of 3 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgment dated 19.06.2019 made in S.C.No.24 of 2018 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Ariyalur is hereby condoned.

The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal if it is otherwise in order and list the same for hearing.
