Mr.C.Mohan in all Crl.O.Ps For M/s. King & Partridge COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.Nos.120 and 119 of 2013 and C.C.No.80 of 2012 on the file of Fast Track (Judicial Magistrate) Court, Alandur.
2. When the matters were called, none appeared for the petitioners.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent is present and he submitted that these Criminal Original Petitions were filed to quash the C.C.Nos.2475, 2476 and 2477 of 2016 on the file of the Fast Track (Judicial Magistrate) Court, Alandur. The learned counsel further submits that initially C.C.Nos.120 & 119 of 2013 and C.C.No.80 of 2012 have been filed before the Fast Track (Judicial Magistrate) Court, Alandur. Subsequently, they were transferred to the file of the Fast Track (Judicial Magistrate) Court, Allikulam and re-numbered as C.C.Nos. 2475, 2476 and 2477 of 2016.
4. In all the petitions, the petitioner is the Company Secretary.
5. In all the complaints, the petitioner has been arrayed as A3 and A7 and he submitted that he was not responsible for the issuance of cheque and he is not the signatory authority to issue the cheque. However, subsequently all the three complaints have been withdrawn by the complainant. Hence, he submitted that nothing survives in these Criminal Original Petitions.
6. Recording the submissions made by Mr.C.Mohan, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/defacto complainant, nothing survives for further adjudication in these petitions.
7. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
