The petitioner is in Ramanathapuram District and he has given the representation dated 22.11.2021. before the Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Ramanathapuram. Therefore, in this regard, if the petitioner has to espouse any grievance of him, he has to approach the Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court and not before the Principal Seat at Chennai.

2. Hence, the petitioner wants to withdraw the same with a liberty to file the writ petition before the Madurai Bench. Granting the said liberty, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
