ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.11.2021 for the offences under Section 399 of IPC, in Crime No.1611 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other accused had prepared of commit dacoity. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are no way connected with the alleged offence and they have been falsely implicated in this case and he would further submit that the petitioners has been suffering incarceration for about 15 days from 21.11.2021 and hence, he would pray for grant of bail to the petitioners.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would raise strong objection stating that totally 5 accused involved in this case and that A1 to A4 were arrested and A5 absconding and all the accused was prepared for commiting dacoity.

5.On seeing the nature of allegation levelld against the petitioners and still detailed investigation is required and considering the fact of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
