These applications have been filed to declare S.Akash, the second applicant born on 26.01.1999 as a major and to discharge the first applicant/first petitioner from the guardianship of S.Akash. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. 3.A perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the applications would show that S.Akash born on 26.01.1999 has become major. Therefore, S.Akash is declared as major. The guardian viz., the first petitioner in the Original Petition is discharged from the guardianship of S.Akash. Both the applications are ordered accordingly.
