ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition on the ground that the respondents have disobeyed the order dated 10.01.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.18279 of 2022.

Since the appointment of the petitioner has been made pursuant to the direction given by this Court on 10.01.2022 passed in W.P. No.18279 of 2022 and the approval order has also been placed before this Court, nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition. After recording the fact that approval order has been granted for approving the appointment of the petitioner, this contempt petition stands closed.

It is also represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, that the monetary benefits which has to be paid to the petitioner, based on the order approving the appointment, will be considered in accordance with law. The said 2/4
