Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to issue notice on the above contempt petition to the respondents 1 to 3 and punish the first to third respondents for having committed willful disobedience of the order of this Hon'ble Court made in W.P.No.27375 of 2021 dated 30.06.2022.

ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 30.06.2022 passed in W.P.No.27375 of 2021.
2. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner would submit on instructions that insofar as the place allotment is concerned, as directed by 2/6
this Court in its Order dated 30.06.2022 in W.P.No.27375 of 2021, a place has been allotted to the petitioner in terms of the said order. He would further submit that though the respondents had undertaken before this Court on 30.06.2022 that they have already forwarded the Joining Report of the petitioner dated 12.08.2020 to the University Grants Commission, the petitioner apprehends that the same may not be considered by the University Grants Commission, since the Head of the Department of the University has not signed the Joining Report.
3. However, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent/University would submit that if at all the petitioner seeks any further clarification, the first respondent is always willing to cooperate with the petitioner insofar as the Joining Report dated 12.08.2020 forwarded by the University to the University Grants Commission is concerned. The said undertaking given by the Madras University is recorded.
4. Since the order dated 30.06.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.27375 of 2021 has been implemented by the first respondent/University, as seen from the submissions of the learned Senior 3/6
Counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent/University, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
