ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed forbearing the respondents from converting the land, which was originally earmarked as park and playground for the approved layout No.15/88, comprised in Survey No.427/2 situated at Aanaickaranchathiram Panchayat Union, Kollidam, Sirkali Taluk, Nagapattinam District.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

On written instructions, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that insofar as the land, which was earmarked for park and playground comprised in Survey No.427/2, is concerned, no construction has been put up in the subject property. The proposal of construction of overhead tank in the subject property for public purpose has now been constructed in Ayankudipallam Village.
4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. It is made clear that the subject property was originally earmarked for park and playground and as such it cannot be converted to
