The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to register a case pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 04.12.2015. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.36 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324 and 341 IPC.
