CRP.NPD. No.3883 of 2022 P.B.BALAJI, J.

No.1 of 2020 filed by the Insurer to condone the delay in seeking to set aside the exparte award before the learned Subordinate Judge, Sankari also came to be dismissed and therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in the Civil Revision Petition.

2. Recording the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Liberty is granted to the Revision Petitioner to file an appropriate Application to re-open the Revision Petition, in the event of obtaining favourable orders in the condone delay/set aside Application. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
