ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing Mr.C.Emalias, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.259 of 2015 was completed and final report was also filed in PRC No.66 of 2015 before the jurisdictional Magistrate. According to him, on committal to the Court of Sessions the case was taken on file in S.C.No.36 of 2016 and now the case has been made over to the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Thiruvarur https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. It is contention of the petitioner that all the family members of Jaiganesh have to be arrayed as accused. In support of his contention, the learned counsel for the petitioner placed reliance upon the representation which is said to have been given by the petitioner to the Superintendent of Police in which he has made certain allegations.
3. This court carefully considered the representation of the petitioner and found that the allegations levelled by the petitioner are very trivial in nature. The post-mortem report clearly reveals that the death of Latha was due to asphyxia as a result of hanging. This court does not find any infirmity in the police investigation warranting to order for reinvestigation. Thus, the petition which is devoid of merits deserves to be dismissed.
4.In the result, the criminal original petition is dismissed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS-II) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar kmk To 1.The Inspector of Police, Thiruvarur Taluk Police Station, Thiruvarur District.
