This petition has been filed to modify the order made in Crl.OP.No.18043 of 2018 dated 15.03.2019 directing to the transfer of cases in Crime No. 95 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, E-3, Minjur Police Station, Thiruvallur District to the Inspector of Police, CB CID, Thiruvallur and to file a final report.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the investigation is completed and final report has been filed under sections 147, 148, 341 and 302 against the accused persons on 01.03.2019 and the same was submitted before the Learned Judicial Magistrate II, Ponneri.

3. In view of the fact that the investigation has already been completed and final report has been filed, nothing survive for consideration in this petition and accordingly the same is closed.
