This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned order of suspension of practice in ROC No.2824 of 2015 dated 15.09.2015 of the second respondent and to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to have her legal practice.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already applied for ensuing examination scheduled to be held in March, 2017.
