COMMON ORDER These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to suspend the conviction imposed on the petitioners.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that this is an extraordinary case where even the basic ingredients have not been proved by the prosecution. Therefore, the conviction itself has to be stayed.

3. The pleading that the petitioners have a good case on merits by itself cannot be a ground to stay the conviction and already, the sentence has been suspended.

4. Accordingly, Crl.M.P.Nos.14234 and 14235 of 2025 cannot be entertained by this Court and as such, the same are disposed of. 24.07.2025 grs To 3/5
