With the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. Heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.L.P.Shanmuga Sundaram, learned Special Government Pleader accepting notice for the respondents.

3.The petitioner who is the member of the second respondent Society seeks upon a direction on the first respondent to consider the representation dated 05.01.2016. The said representation has been made by the petitioner, as a member of the second respondent Society making certain allegations against one Palanisamy, who is said to be the Director of elected Board of the second respondent Society.

4.As rightly submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader, the said Palanisamy has not been impleaded as party respondent in this Writ Petition. However, since the petitioner is canvassing a case as a member of the Society, making certain allegations as regards the manner in which the Society is running and its affairs are being managed, it would be appropriate for the first respondent to look into the matter, after notice to all concerned, including said Palanisamy. 5.Accordingly, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2016, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
