PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's revised building plan application No.2021-22/ON/0394847 dated 31.07.2021 in accordance with Tamil Nadu Combined Development and Building Rules, 2019 within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court and consequently forbear the respondents from initiating any enforcement action as against the petitioner building until the disposal of Revised Planning Permission application.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.,) The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the Revised Planning Permission application submitted by the petitioner on 31.07.2021.
2.Heard, Mr.R.Siddharth, learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent; Mr.K.Raja Srinivas, learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 4 and Mrs.C.Sumathy Sreekanth, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent.
3.The learned Senior Standing Counsel, Mr.K.Raja Srinivas, appearing for the Greater Chennai Corporation would state that the application of the petitioner for Revised Planning Permission was rejected by the 2nd respondent. In support of his submission, he produced the rejection order dated 05.08.2021.
4.In the light of the submission made by the learned Senior Standing Counsel, we are of the considered opinion that the prayer sought in this writ petition has become infructuous. 5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
