PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring the entire Land Acquisition proceedings in No.A/1017/95 in proceedings No.27/97-98 dated 24.03.1998 on the file of the third respondent and proceedings No.M5/42216/1995 dated 15.07.1996 on the file of the second respondent in respect of land comprised in S.No.744/1B at Santhapettai Village, Thirukovilur, Villupuram District as null and void and in violation of provisions of Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Lands for Harijan Welfare Scheme.
