This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 148 of 2019 dated 02.05.2019 on the file of the 1st respondent Police. 1/3

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that in Crime No.148 of 2019, investigation has been completed and final report has been filed in P.R.C.No.54 of 2020 before the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore as against the petitioners 1, 2, 5 (A2, A3, A5). Insofar as the 3rd petitioner (A4) is concerned, the case has been split up and final report has been filed in P.R.C.No.30 of 2021.
