ORDER

This writ petition is disposed of without making any observations on the merits of the case by directing the 2nd and 4th respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.07.2019 regarding functioning of the irrigation water user's association of Pulikkal Lake under the Tamil Nadu Farmers Management 2/5

of Irrigation System Act, 2000. This exercise shall be carried out by the 2nd and 4th respondents within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Before passing such order, the petitioner shall be heard. If any adverse orders are passed against any other person, such person shall also be heard. No costs.
