The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to consider his representation dated 10.07.2023 and pass appropriate orders. 2.According to the petitioner, he is holding a Stage Carriage Permit for the route Aattur to Erode in respect of vehicle bearing Registration No.TN 59BV-9399. The 4th respondent is also holding a Stage Carriage Permit for the route Salem to Kadambur via Rasipuram, Aattur, Kadambur in respect of vehicle bearing Registration No.TN 28BY 2292. It is also stated by the petitioner that the 4th respondent is not adhering to the timings and other conditions mentioned in the route permit. In this regard, he submitted a representation dated 10.07.2023 to the 1st respondent for appropriate action against the 4th respondent for his failure to operate the vehicle as per the permit conditions.

3.Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 on instructions submits that the 3rd respondent already forwarded his check report against the 4th respondent to the 1st respondent on 01.08.2023 for appropriate action. Therefore, it is for the 1st respondent to take appropriate action.
4.In view of the grievances expressed by the petitioner that the 4th respondent is not adhering to the timings and other conditions mentioned in the route permit, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.07.2023, in the light of the check report forwarded by the 3rd respondent and pass final orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing necessary notice to the 4th respondent. 5.With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
