ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.05.2022 pending on the file of the second respondent police.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to property dispute, the petitioner gave a complaint against one Mahalingam and others on 02.05.2022, however, the first respondent police has not registered a case till now. Therefore, the respondents police may be directed to register the case, based on the compliant given by the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that, after a receipt of complaint dated 02.05.2022 from the petitioner, the first respondent police forwarded the complaint to the second respondent police. The Second respondent police conducted enquiry and closed the complaint. The closure report also sent to the petitioner. 2/4
