ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.1098 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties and in this regard, the defacto complainant has also given a letter, dated:22.08.2023 to the first respondent for withdrawing the complaint.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that based on the letter dated 22.08.2023, the first respondent police is going to drop the further action on that complaint. In respect of the same, the first respondent produced the letter given by the defacto complainant dated 22.08.2023.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the FIR in Crime No.1098 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent/Inspector of Police, T3 Korattur Police Station, Chennai, is hereby quashed.
