O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction the respondents to consider the representation dated 18.07.2024 to furnish the award details for acquiring petitioner's land in survey No.89/1C1, Moongapattu Village, Gudiyatham Taluk, Vellore District.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner, her brother and her sisters are joint owners of the aforesaid property. Pursuant to the family partition, the petitioner obtained her separate share in the said property. Thereafter, the fourth respondent acquired the petitioner's land for erection of high voltage tower and the award came to be passed. Aggrieved by the compensation awarded, the petitioner sent a representation to the respondents on 18.07.2024 seeking to furnish the details of the award. However, the same was not considered. Hence the present petition.
3. Though very many grounds have been raised in this Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner Page No.2 of 4
representation dated 18.07.2024 and pass appropriate orders within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.
5. Taking into consideration the factual aspects of the matter, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 18.07.2024 and pass appropriate orders, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as aggrieved persons if any, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above observation and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
