The present Petition has been filed to substitute the proposed Petitioner as 2nd Petitioner in the above CRP.No.1246 of 2021 in the place of S.Chandrasekar.

2.Since the learned counsel for the 1st Respondent did not raise any objection and also made an endorsement to that effect in the Petition, C.M.P.No.17035 of 2022 is allowed.

3.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in CRP.No.1246 of 2021 and post the matter on 28.10.2022.
