ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent Police to comply the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate(FAC), Thirukoilur in Crl.M.P.No.2323 of 2022 dated 13.07.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the petitioner filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.2323 of 2022 before the Judicial Magistrate(FAC), Thirukovilur to take a private complaint lodged by him and the learned Judicial Magistrate has forwarded the above complaint, to the Inspector of Police, Arakandanallur Police Station, directing them to file FIR. However, the first respondent has not taken the private complaint to his file, as directed by the Judicial Magistrate and hence the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that, pursuant to the orders passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate (FAC), Thirukovillur in Crl.M.P.No.2323 of 2022 dated 13.07.2022, the complaint was taken

on file and it was registered in Crime No.504 of 2022 for the offences punishable under sections 294, 506(2) IPC and now, the case is under investigation.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the respondent police is directed to file final report as expeditiously as possible.
