This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report before the competent court of law in Crime No.131 of 2022 pending on the file of the respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.131 of 2022 on 04.07.2022, no final report has been filed till date.

Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that based on the complaint, the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.131 of 2022. He would further submit that the investigation has been completed and the same was closed as mistake of fact and the closure report has been forwarded to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Senthurai on 27.09.2022. He would also submit that the RCS notice also served on the defacto complainant. 2/4

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
