ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 353 and 506(I) of IPC r/w 24(1) of Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 in Crime No.410 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 16.10.2021 A1 to A5 were shifting tobacco products from one vehicle to another at that time defacto complainant intervened and stopped the accused from doing so at that A1 to A5 abused the police in filthy language and stop them from discharging their duty. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there was a huge tobacco products in the vehicle and the investigation is still pending. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the investigation is in initial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
