Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.OP.No.20580 of 2021 dated 01.11.2021 (ie) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.am. until further orders and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. J.RAJMOHAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20580 of 2021 on 01.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly twice i.e. on 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. -sd/- 15/12/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
