The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 79, 351(3) of BNS in Crime No.270 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the intervenor submitted that, in this case, criminal case registered in Crime No.270 of 2025 has already been quashed by this Court and hence, nothing survives in this petition.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 2/5
