Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in the order dated 10.11.2021. made in Crl.OP. NO. 21054 of 2021 that subject to the condition that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders and pass suitable orders and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.K.SYED ELIYAS, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21054 of 2021 on 10.11.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent police has filed a final report in PRC.No.46 of 2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagapattinam and the same was taken on file.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m. without fail.
