O R D E R

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities)Act, 1989 in Crime No.2 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. In view of embargo under Section 15(A) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities)Act, 1989, this Court is not inclined to entertain the anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the jurisdictional Court and seek regular bail in 2/4

accordance with law and if any such application is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law, preferably on the same day. It is further made clear that the investigating agency shall proceed with the investigation in accordance with law and complete the same as expeditiously as possible.
