Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing 1st respondent to take up the Appeal Petition dated 27.07.2016 of the petitioner challenging order No.GRC/SBIG/201516/359 dated 10.02.2016 passed by 3rd respondent and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the first respondent to take up the Appeal Petition dated 27.07.2016 of the petitioner challenging the order No.GRC/SBIG/2015-16/359, dated 10.02.2016, passed by 3rd respondent and dispose of the same in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that at this stage, the appeal has not been numbered and therefore seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach this Court if the appeal has not been taken up in the usual course.

3. Recording the said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, he is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach this Court if the appeal has not been take up in the usual course after it is numbered. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
