O.A.Nos.803 of 2019 etc O.A.Nos.803 and 804 of 2019 and Application No.9162 of 2019 in C.S.(Comm.Div.) No.516 of 2019 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.

The learned counsel for the applicant in A.No.9162 of 2019 is not pressing this application, in view of the fact that the suit is ripe for trial. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. Recording the said endorsement, Application No.9162 of 2019 is dismissed as not pressed.

2. Interim injunction granted by this Court in O.A.Nos.803 and 804 of 2019 is still in force and has been extended until further orders. The applicant/plaintiff is having the benefit of interim order ever since 30.08.2019. In view of the fact that the suit is ripe for trial, interim injunction granted in O.A.Nos.803 and 804 of 2019 is made absolute and these applications are allowed accordingly.

3. The learned counsel for the second defendant seeks time to get instructions with regard to the dates given by the learned counsel for the plaintiff for the Case Management Hearing. Post the matter for Case Management Hearing on 08.12.2023.
