Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 1st respondent in G.O.Ms.No. 104, Rural Development and Panchayat Rajh (PR-1) Department, dated 16.09.2016, in so far as it relates to allotment of Kolathur Panchayat President post to 'ST General' and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to allot the Kolathur Village Panchayat President post to other eligible reserved category.
