Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the learned Advocate Commissioner has duly executed the warrant and the remuneration of the learned Advocate Commissioner has also been paid. Therefore, nothing survives in the present application. 2.However, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent seeks short accommodation.

3.Since the warrant has been executed by the learned Advocate Commissioner, this Court feels it is un-necessary to keep the application pending. Accordingly, no further order is required in the present application.
