As far as this application is concerned, the Advocate Commissioner has filed a report and submitted that he had seized the vehicle as per the order passed by this Court and handed over the same to the applicant. The Advocate Commissioner has also submitted that he had received the remuneration awarded by this Court.

2. In view of the above submissions, no further order is required in this application. Therefore, this application is closed.
