Crl.M.P.No.15314 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.15314 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.17377 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner on his release from the prison shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of police, Egmore Police Station twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.17377 of 2022 by order dated 25.07.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17377 of 2022 by an order dated 25.07.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
