PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing to ensure the grievances of the Petitioners are properly enquired and suitable actions are taken at the earliest based on the Petitioner's representations, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to ensure full protection to the petitioners as Karthik R.Pillai is enjoying support from vested interests. ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondent to take appropriate action on the complaint lodged by the petitioner.

2. On perusal of the complaint lodged by the petitioners, it is seen that the 5th respondent made a derogatory statement against the petitioners in the YouTube Channel (K TV). In pursuant to the complaint from the 2nd petitioner, the 4th respondent registered an FIR in Crime No.126 of 2023 as against the 5th respondent and it is pending for

investigation. Thereafter, the derogatory statement made by the 5th respondent in the YouTube Channel (K TV) has also been removed.
