AND K.RAJASEKAR, J., [Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] The present petition is filed to substitute the proposed respondents as respondents 21 and 22 / legal heirs of the deceased 12th respondent in the writ appeal.

2.The learned counsel for the contesting respondents has no objection in allowing this petition and does not dispute the fact that proposed respondents are the legal heirs of the deceased 12th respondent in the appeal.

3.Since the petitioner / party-inperson only seeks to implead the legal heirs of the deceased 12th respondent on record, this petition stands ordered and the proposed parties are impleaded as respondents 21 and 22 in the writ appeal.

4.Registry is directed to amend the cause title in the writ appeal.
